Biography

Mark has practiced public accounting since 1999. He focuses on bringing innovation, collaboration and forward-looking perspectives to clients and industry partners by leading federal and state tax planning as well as planning for merger and acquisition transactions.

Additionally, Mark spends his time assisting clients to develop short- and long-term tax strategies in line with their financial goals. He’s also a frequent speaker at various industry associations covering trends in family business and sustainability, tax planning opportunities with new and changing legislation, transportation and logistics trends, and other topics impacting businesses today.
