Biography

Matt has practiced public accounting since 2006. He specializes in tax compliance and consulting for manufacturing and distribution, consumer products, and real estate organizations.

Matt’s focus involves advising clients on domestic production incentives, research and development credits, tax accounting method changes, and tangible asset regulations. He co-leads the firm’s Colorado Manufacturing and Consumer Products Industry Group.

Additionally, Matt guides clients and consults on transactions including asset sales, liquidations, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, with an emphasis on tax partnerships.
