Biography

Matt has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1999 and has provided consulting and regulatory services since 2007. He manages consulting engagements of wireline ILECs, while consulting on all affiliate services.

Matt’s services to clients include cost study preparation, forecasting of financial statements, average schedule settlement forecasting and modeling, strategic planning and management consulting, ad hoc analyses for regulatory and financial decision making, FCC regulatory filings, cost allocation and affiliate transaction review, and regulator audit and review defense.

Matt has represented Moss Adams at numerous national and state industry meetings and has presented on behalf of the firm.
