Megan has practiced public accounting since 2011, and has provided internal control services since 2013. She delivers risk management and compliance services to clients in various industries, specializing in life sciences and manufacturing and consumer products.
Megan’s key focus is on process improvement work and managing audits under the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404. She has significant SOX and internal control experience and assist clients to develop, review, and assess companies’ application of COSO, process flowcharts and narratives, and control documentation.
Megan also has vast experience documenting and developing control procedures, conducting testing, reviewing results, and recommending solutions to remediate gaps and efficiency opportunities.
Prior to joining Moss Adams, Megan provided internal audit services at a Big Four firm, followed by a medical device company.
