Biography

Megan has provided international tax consulting services to clients since 2011. She focuses on cross-border restructurings, including acquisitions, dispositions and other internal restructurings, as well as effective tax rate and cash tax planning for global businesses.

After seven years of working in public accounting, Megan took a brief hiatus to join the tax department of a Fortune 500 company, where she continued to work in international tax planning and gained experience in provision work as well. This experience also gave Megan the opportunity to view tax planning from the perspective of a client.
