Biography

Michael has practiced public accounting since 2015. Michael has extensive experience providing audit and advisory services to companies in financial services industry, including some of the largest asset management companies worldwide, multibillion-dollar public traded banks, broker-dealers, registered investment advisors, and pooled investment vehicles such as mutual funds, venture capital, private equity, hedge funds, fund of funds, and offshore investment funds.

Michael also has significant experience with initial public offerings, SEC filings, Sarbanes-Oxley control procedures, business combinations, and valuation of complex investments and possesses a comprehensive understanding of both US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Prior to joining Moss Adams, Michael worked at a Big Four firm in both the United States and Canada.
