Biography

Michelle has practiced public accounting with Moss Adams since 1993. She’ is a member of the Private Clients team, where she currently serves as the Office Tax Leader.

Michelle has spent her career serving closely-held businesses, their owners, and families. She’ is recognized for her technical tax knowledge involving flow-through entity structures, business succession and transition issues, and income, gift, and estate tax planning.
