Mike has practiced public accounting since 2006. He performs audits and reviews for venture-backed companies in the technology and life sciences industries. His experience includes preparing financial statements and tax provisions, and advising clients on technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, accounting issues resulting from mergers and acquisitions, and stock-based compensation. Michael works closely with business owners and company management to understand how they report and manage their financial records, maintain solid internal controls, and operate their business.
