Morgan has practiced public accounting since 2007, providing assurance and consulting services to health care and technology organizations. Morgan’s areas of expertise include revenue recognition, complex equity and debt financing transactions, stock-based compensation, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has experience working with start-up organizations and investor backed companies and works closely with clients to provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls and improving efficiency.
