Biography

Nathan has practiced public accounting since 2008. He specializes in attestation engagements of financial institutions, including SEC registrants. Nathan manages and participates in financial and operational audits with related management recommendations for enhancing internal controls and efficiency improvements. His experience includes financial and operational audits of credit unions and community and public company banks, loan file reviews and evaluations, and complex accounting issues including mergers and FDIC-assisted acquisitions.
