Nick leads the firm’s real estate cash flow modeling and technical solutions team and has a proven ability to develop and manage large-scale portfolio real estate due diligence procedures, strategic portfolio valuation, and analysis for a variety of domestic and international engagements. He has developed solutions for a variety of public and private clients.

Since 1995, Nick has provided solutions for real estate investment trusts (REITs), single-family rentals (SFR) securities, government programs, local municipalities studies, and real estate developers. He creates tools that provide insight for site-selection, geo-mapping market data, complex cash flow and financial analysis, and complex tax incentive projections.

Nick specializes in valuing large real estate portfolios, home building, and single-family homes for rent.
