Biography

Pat has practiced public accounting since 2004. He serves clients in manufacturing and distribution, private equity, real estate, technology, aerospace, transportation, and professional services.

Pat assists clients with the review and preparation of corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. He also provides ASC 740 analysis and calculations for private company tax provisions and review of public company provisions in connection with audit engagements.
