Biography

Pat has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting. Along with leading the Portland office's Agribusiness Practice, he serves a variety of businesses across the West in the manufacturing, distribution, food processing, and real estate industries. Pat provides services related to state and local taxes, mergers and acquisitions, business succession issues, stock and deferred compensation, S corporation and LLC issues, and tax structural planning.
