Biography

Patrick has practiced public accounting since 2004. He provides assurance and consulting services to middle market companies in the technology, software, manufacturing and consumer products and distribution industries. With a significant amount of clients backed by private equity, venture capital or other institutional investment, Patrick spends a significant portion of his time with clients consulting around add-on acquisitions and preparing for liquidity events.

Patrick works with clients to improve internal control design and implementation, financial reporting, and month-end closing systems. His technical experience includes revenue recognition, inventory costing, accounting for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing transactions, complex entity structures and consolidations of multinational operations, and share-based compensation arrangements.
