Biography

Rebecca has practiced public accounting since 1990. She specializes in state and local tax planning, compliance, controversy, credits, research, and advocacy.  

Rebecca concentrates on the financial services industry and her primary focus is income and franchise tax. She also has experience in other industries and with other types of state and local taxes as well as unclaimed property.   

Rebecca began her career with a Big Four public accounting firm and was also a senior executive in the tax department of a multinational financial institution.
