He is responsible for overseeing audits of small and mid-sized rural ILECs, CLECs, cable television, wireless carriers, internet service providers, long distance toll re-sell providers, telecom systems providers, prepaid calling providers, broadband voice and data transport companies, and other telecommunications service companies.
