He provides business tax and consulting services for companies across a wide range of industries with a focus on government contractors in the aerospace and defense sector.

Rich has more than 15 years of experience in government contracting and corporate compliance including DCAA accounting, DCAA-compliant business systems design and implementation, contract analysis and administration, rate development, and analysis and proposal development.
