Biography

Rob has been in public accounting since 1998. He works extensively in the health care industry including hospitals, medical groups, ancillary health organizations, health tech, health plans, and individual physicians. Rob’s experience includes all aspects of business and tax advisory services including strategic planning, entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state tax compliance. He’s the national practice leader for the firm's ancillary health care services practice and regional leader of the Pacific Northwest health care practice.

Rob’s specialties include federal and state taxation, mergers and acquisitions, strategy and integration, strategic planning, physician compensation, joint ventures, budgeting and cash flow, ASC 740, practice benchmarking, operational efficiencies, and buy-sell considerations.
