Roger is the regional managing partner for the Southern California and Phoenix Region. Roger has been in public accounting since 1984, providing tax compliance and consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including public and private companies and high net worth individuals. Specifically, he consults on areas such as tax structuring, entity formation and liquidation, buy-sell transactions, and tax planning to evaluate clients' personal and business opportunities and help them improve finances, reduce taxes and risks, and strategically plan for the future.

Roger is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and the chairman of the Partner Review Committee.
