Biography

Samantha provides buy-side and sell-side advisory services for private equity and strategic investors in a variety of industries including consumer products, manufacturing, food, beverage, and agribusiness. Her experience includes providing financial due diligence and post-merger integration advisory services for cross-border and foreign-owned companies.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Samantha was part of the M&A group at a Big Four firm in Seoul, where she specialized in cross-border M&A deals contemplated by multinational corporations, global private equity firms, and Korea-based conglomerates. She also provided audit services for another Big Four firm in Toronto and the Cayman Islands.
