Biography

Spike has provided business valuations since 2016. He assists in the valuation of operating companies, family limited partnerships, and limited liability companies for a variety of purposes, including estate and gift reporting, financial reporting, potential sale and acquisition, buy and sell agreement requirements, shareholder disputes, marital dissolution, and corporate planning.

Spike has experience with financial modeling, economic damages, financial forensics, and other litigation support services. He has provided services related to the CARES Act federal funding programs. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he was a senior consultant at a top Seattle accounting firm.
