Biography

Sterling develops and manages relationships with institutional investors, financial intermediaries, and business founders. He’s a proven business leader with over 20 years of professional services and senior management experience derived from working in the investment banking and public accounting industries.

Sterling’s experience with buy-side and sell-side M&A and growth capital raises enables him to advise clients on a range of corporate finance transactions services.

Sterling started his career at a Big Four firm in 1997 and then transitioned into the investment banking industry in 2003. As an investment banker, Sterling represented public and private companies and investors in a broad range of industries, including enterprise software and technology-enabled business services; data analytics and information services; and health care and health care technology.
