Biography

Steve is the firm’s Oregon regional managing partner. He has practiced public accounting since 2000 advising closely held businesses and their owners in the manufacturing, distribution, and forest products industries. In addition to providing federal and state income tax services to companies operating in multistate and foreign jurisdictions, Steve provides consultation in the areas of business succession and transition planning, entity structure planning, business acquisitions and dispositions, and a variety of federal and state tax credits and incentives associated with research and development, domestic manufacturing, export activities, and alternative energy projects and resources.
