Steve has provided real estate consulting and valuation advisory services since 1987. He has expertise in valuation for financial reporting (ASC 820) and purchase price allocations (ASC 805/ASU 2017-01). Steve has experience working in the public sector and P3 advisory with the US government, local municipalities, military services, colleges, and universities.
In addition to valuation services, Steve provides market feasibility studies, cash flow analysis, highest and best use studies, and tax benefit studies. He also has corporate real estate experience in asset monetization strategies, lease impairment estimates, and site location analysis.
Steve’s qualified as a real estate valuation expert in US Bankruptcy Court and Pima County Superior Court.
