Steve has been in telecommunications consulting since 1984. He has directed costing, pricing, and regulatory projects for wireline and wireless telecommunications carriers in the United States and other countries. These projects have involved rate development, designing and implementing systems and processes, business planning and acquisition analyses, and assisting companies with specialized studies and corporate training. This experience has provided him with broad-based knowledge of evolving telecommunications services, company operations, regulations, and markets.
