Biography

Taft has practiced public accounting since 1998, serving technology, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences companies ranging from venture-backed, early stage start-ups to multinational public entities. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition, equity- and debt-based transactions, business combinations, stock-based compensation, intangibles and goodwill, corporate restructurings, segment reporting, private placements, public stock offerings, mergers and acquisitions, international financial reporting standards, and SEC compliance matters.

In addition to leading the firm's Technology Practice, Taft is a member of the firm's Public Company & SEC Assurance Services.
