Biography

Tai has practiced public accounting since 2001, primarily performing audits and reviews of dynamic start-up companies in Silicon Valley. He also performs audits and prepares Form 5500 and related filings for a variety of benefit plans including 401(k), pension, and other health and welfare benefit plans. He has extensive experience with the many challenges facing rapidly growing companies, including revenue recognition, stock option accounting, business combinations, and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
