Biography

Todd has practiced public accounting since 1989. He assists public and closely held companies with domestic and international tax compliance. Todd consults with clients on a wide variety of issues, including tax structuring for entity purchases and sales, and due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and private placement offerings. He also assists his clients with the formation and use of tax partnerships and drilling funds, as well as ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109) deferred tax computation for public companies. Todd began his career with a Big Four firm.
