Biography

Todd has practiced public accounting since 2012. He has partnered with companies in a variety of industries to provide solutions to their business needs. His areas of expertise include entity structuring, complex flow-through tax planning, and partnership allocations and transfers.

Since 2019, Todd has focused his time on growing the firm’s client base in Latin America, providing the start-up community solutions for US tax compliance and US investor reporting. While his experience is mainly focused in tax compliance and planning, he also provides access to financial statement preparation and a variety of assurance and consulting services.
