Biography
Travis has practiced public accounting since 1996 and is the Southern California and Phoenix region leader of the firm’s Financial Services Practice. He’s also the national practice leader for the firm’s Mortgage Companies and Specialty Finance Companies industry sectors.
Travis has served hundreds of financial services companies across the United States and is a frequent presenter at conferences. He consults with his clients on de novo formation, SEC registration, internal audit, hedging programs, and regulatory compliance.
Travis also serves as the engagement principal for complex engagements, conducts audits of HUD reporting entities, and performs M&A due diligence. In addition, he has extensive experience with complex investments, fair value, derivatives, and hedging activities.
