Biography

Tristan started his accounting career in 2015 and has since held positions in both public accounting and within the real estate industry. He has provided consultancy services and back-office accounting to a vast majority of real estate clients including developers, owner-operators, and commercial retail. He is well versed in Yardi a with strong foundation in public accounting, financial reporting, partnership tax, and larger portfolios.

Before joining the firm, Tristan worked for one of the top 50 largest multifamily owner-operators in the United States, where he managed the accounting functions for privately owned and institutionally funded assets. Tristan has been involved in multiple operational facets from lender compliance to coordinating assurance services, as well as assisting with tax compliance.
