Biography

Tym has worked in the telecommunications industry in both consulting and corporate capacities since 2010. He focuses on regulatory compliance and reform issues. Tym’s expertise includes NECA relations and reporting, USAC and FCC reporting, access rate development and tariff review plans, federal Lifeline requirements, ACAM model and universal service reform analysis, and access billing. In addition, Tym has experience with local, state, and interstate tariff development, filings, and cost separation studies.
