Wenli Wang, partner in charge in San Francisco, has been with Moss Adams in the United States since 1995. She was born and raised in China and graduated from Beijing University as an English major. With her experience in both cultures, Wenli is uniquely positioned to serve both inbound and outbound clients and prospects.
In her capacity as partner in charge of China markets based in San Francisco, she’s committed to providing effective tax planning and consulting services to closely held businesses and their owners as well as high net worth individuals. She has a solid technical understanding of tax laws, procedures, and compliance-related issues and is capable of providing a wide range of tax services, including tax compliance and planning, business ownership succession, estate planning, tax accounting method consultation, and individual income tax planning.
Wenli believes in being proactive for her clients and strives to keep them updated on pertinent issues through frequent interactions. Because of this, she’s built and maintained many solid, long-term professional relationships.

Paul has worked for more than 30 years as an international tax practitioner with many years of direct experience with multinational companies headquartered in Japan, China, and other Asia-Pacific countries.
Paul advises clients on inbound and outbound international structures. He also specializes in US permanent establishment and nexus, strategic planning, designing and implementing accounting systems, the formation and taxation of subsidiaries abroad, M&A, and sales. He’s traveled throughout Asia and is very familiar with Asian culture. Paul is the vice chair for the Japan-America Society of Oregon.

Beverly joined Moss Adams from East West Bank in San Francisco, where she worked closely with Chinese-owned businesses in the US. She has extensive experience leading direct investments in both the US and Chinese capital markets over the past decade.
Beverly was born and raised in Beijing. She received an MBA in finance from Rice University, an MA in professional communications from Purdue University, and a BA in English from Beijing University. She currently serves on Beijing University's Strategic Alliance Partner Board of Alumni Association in California. She’s also an advisory board member of the University of San Francisco China Business Studies Initiative.
