Rhotunda Conda brings more than 20 years of HR experience and held several corporate HR leadership roles, including chief people officer at Xsolla and HR director, and head of diversity and inclusion at Experian. At Golden 1, she leads the HR team, which includes recruitment, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and engagement. Rhotunda also leads the diversity, equity, and inclusion practice for Golden 1.

Greg Gehlmann has been senior vice president and general counsel of TriCo Bancshares and Tri Counties Bank since May 2017. From 2014 to 2017, he served as senior vice president, chief bank counsel, and corporate secretary of Heritage Oaks Bancorp and Heritage Oaks Bank. Prior, he was a consultant and an expert witness regarding fiduciary duties of corporate directors and the responsibilities of law firms in advising troubled companies.
