Syed has practiced public accounting since 2008. He has extensive experience providing accounting and consulting services to alternative investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, hedge, credit, and real estate funds. He also has experience providing accounting services to corporate offices of alternative investment funds.

Nathan Wright, CPA, CFP, Partner, Moss Adams

Nathan has practiced public accounting since 2007. He provides individual, trust, gift, and estate tax compliance and consulting services for entrepreneurs, executives, and individuals. Nathan also provides international tax compliance services to US individuals living abroad, foreign nationals living in the United States, and closely held international businesses.

Donovan Trone, CFA, ASA, Director, Moss Adams

Donovan is in the valuations services group and has worked in finance and research since 2009. He participates in valuations for operating companies, partnerships, and limited liability corporations for a variety of purposes, including M&A, financial reporting, corporate planning, estate and gift tax, and employee stock ownership plans. Donovan has experience with valuation of common and preferred stock, partnership and LLC interests, and debt and derivative securities.

Sterling Smith, CPA, CFA, CFP, Director, Moss Adams

Sterling started his career in public accounting in 1997 and transitioned into the investment banking industry in 2003. His primary focus is to develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, business founders, and financial intermediaries. Sterling’s experience with buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and growth capital raises enables him to advise clients on a range of corporate finance transaction services.

Gev has practiced public accounting since 2006. He focuses on partnership taxation with an emphasis on the private equity and venture capital industry.
