Donovan Trone, CFA, ASA, Director, Moss Adams

Donovan has been working in finance and research since 2009. He participates in valuations for operating companies, partnerships, and limited liability corporations for a variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate planning, estate and gift tax, and employee stock ownership plans. He has experience with valuation of common and preferred stock, partnership and LLC interests, and debt and derivative securities. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he worked as a research analyst for a global investment management firm. Tim specializes in the valuation of illiquid, hard-to-value assets, having provided valuation support for thousands of individual assets including private equity and debt, real property, life insurance settlements, and more.

Andrew Dunst, Managing Director and Head of E-commerce, The Sage Group

Andrew joined the firm in 2012 and is involved in leading the e-commerce practice, with extensive experience advising disruptive direct-to-consumer brands across a variety of categories including apparel and accessories, jewelry, beauty and personal care, home, marketplaces, and subscription models. Andrew has advised a broad range of branded consumer companies, with significant experience in strategic M&A, capital raises and late-stage financing rounds, and private equity recapitalizations. He has guided best-in-class e-commerce companies through a variety of corporate finance matters, assisting stakeholders in achieving their goals and positioning their companies for their next stages of rapid growth.

Arnie McClellan, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Arnie has practiced public accounting since 1984. He’s a member of our Transaction Services group and the firmwide leader for M&A Tax Services. He works closely with private equity firms and public and privately held companies, advising them on tax structuring matters as well as financial and tax due diligence, and assisting them with closing M&A transactions.

Michael Pihowich, CPA, CA, Director, Moss Adams

Michael has over 20 years of business experience and has focused on buy-side and sell-side transactions with private equity firms and corporate clients since 2007. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Michael led the transaction services practice for a Southern California-based CPA firm. He began his career at a Big Four firm and held positions in business finance, product line management, corporate strategy, and business development at large multinational companies.
