Jennifer helps clients navigate compliance with evolving US and global privacy and data security laws, frameworks, guidance governing the privacy of consumer, employee, health, biometrics, and other sensitive data. Her areas of experience include FTC guidance, the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), HIPAA, 42 C.F.R.
