Chad provides strategic leadership for the firm’s cost consulting and regulatory compliance and policy teams. He has provided service to the telecommunications industry since 1995. His clients are small- to mid-size rural telecommunications and broadband carriers, and his experience includes separations studies, forward-looking economic cost studies, rate cases, depreciation studies, and state and federal regulatory issues.
