Kristen has practiced public accounting since 2004. She has extensive experience assisting public and private companies with sales and use tax matters. Her expertise includes sales and use tax transaction planning and compliance, including transaction structuring, determining product and service taxability, and creating tools to assist clients with sales and use taxes in daily operations.
Ted has worked in the property tax field since 1990. He has extensive experience and success reducing client property taxes through valuation appraisal, strategic planning, negotiations, project management, and hands-on application of advanced financial methods and applications. Ted has implemented various strategic property tax products and services including exemptions, abatements, complex industrial valuation analyses, corporate restructuring, property tax credits and incentives, property tax compliance filing strategies, and property tax appeal and audit representation.
