Adam has practiced public accounting since 1999, serving both private and public companies. He has expertise in C-corporations, S-corporations, and complex partnerships, working with clients across industries such as technology, energy, manufacturing, and real estate. He has advised clients with transaction planning, ASC 740 tax provisions, M&A, real estate transactions, and entity structuring.
Jon works in M&A tax, advising corporations, private equity groups, and venture capital funds on tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and tax-efficient funding for US and cross-border deals. He has experience across industries with a focus on energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, and the energy transition. Prior to joining the firm, Jon worked in M&A and tax planning at a major electric company, supporting renewable project financings and strategic investments, and previously worked as an M&A tax manager at a Big Four Firm in New York.
Mark is a shareholder in the Salt Lake City office of Dentons Durham Jones Pinegar and a member of the tax and corporate practice groups. He advises corporate and pass-through entities as well as individuals on federal tax matters, including business formation, equity compensation, M&A, financings, and other complex planning issues. His experience includes IRS audits, US Tax Court litigation, private equity transactions, and advising on qualified opportunity zone investments.
Seth is the head of tax at doTERRA International LLC, where he leads global tax strategy and compliance. Before joining doTERRA, he provided US international tax services to both domestic and multinational clients at a Big Four firm in Atlanta. His areas of focus include partnership and corporate tax, trusts and estates, transaction planning, profit migration, foreign tax credit optimization, transfer pricing, outbound compliance, GILTI planning, and withholding tax strategy.
