His breadth of expertise spans industries, but is concentrated in the not-for-profit, education, and media sectors. Patrick provides consulting services related to data analytics, Salesforce.com implementations, business process improvement, operational technology, and business strategy.
Hao is the associate manager, database administrator at Robin Hood Foundation, where he leads the business intelligence team and supports the implementation and optimization of Salesforce and related systems across the organization. He’s passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive insights, improve operations, and advance Robin Hood’s mission to fight poverty in New York City.
Jennifer is the senior manager of development operations and analytics at Robin Hood Foundation. She leads development staff training in Salesforce, applies data and technology to strengthen fundraising strategies, and supports all aspects of fundraising. As the daughter of Chinese immigrants and a former participant in a Robin Hood grantee’s after-school program, Jennifer brings both a data-driven and heart-led approach to her work, helping New Yorkers access the opportunities they deserve.
