Biography

Patrick has worked at the intersection of data, analytics, technology, and strategy since 2002. and been working in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2005. His breadth of expertise spans industries, but is concentrated in the not-for-profit, education, and media sectors.  Patrick provides consulting services related to  data analytics, Salesforce.com implementations, business process improvement, operational technology, and business strategy.  

Patrick regularly teaches at NYU and publishes articles on data and analytics. He also formerly sat on the Rutgers New Brunswick Big Data Advisory Board and is the former chair of the Salesforce Education Product Advisory Board. Patrick is also a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
