Biography

Taft has practiced public accounting since 1998, serving technology, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences companies ranging from venture-backed, early-stage start-ups to multinational public entities. His areas of expertise include revenue recognition, equity- and debt-based transactions, business combinations, share based compensation, intangibles and goodwill, corporate restructurings, segment reporting, private placements, public stock offerings, M&A, international financial reporting standards, and SEC compliance matters.

In addition to leading the firm's Technology, Communications and Life Sciences Industry Group and the Technology National Practice, Taft is also a member of the firm's Public Company & SEC Services group.
