Biography

Kyle has provided tangible asset incentive services to clients since 2007. His experience includes cost segregation analyses of newly constructed buildings, leasehold improvements, renovations, and acquisitions of existing properties. Kyle assists clients with asset-related tax planning and helps them assess the impact of the tangible property regulations on their business. He specializes in the manufacturing and distribution, technology, food and beverage processing, real estate, health care, and automotive industries. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Kyle worked at a global engineering company where he helped customers create efficient manufacturing processes.
