Natalie has practiced public accounting since 2012 with a focus in employee benefit plans (EBP). She leads the Santa Rosa EBP group and specializes in performing audits of 401(k), 403(b), pension and health and welfare plans for clients of various sizes and industries. Natalie works closely with human resources, finance employees, third-party administrators, trustees, and custodians in planning and performing these audits. Natalie is involved with managing more than 40 plan audits annually and is familiar with a wide range of plan providers. She maintains current knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and practices through ongoing continuing professional education.
