Shane has practiced public accounting since 2011. He primarily assists public and privately held clients with state and local tax matters—audits, refund requests, tax planning and structuring, and letter rulings—and provides insight on multistate income and franchise tax. His expertise also includes sales and use tax matters, including nexus, taxability analysis, voluntary disclosure, and pass-through issues such as withholding and composite filing. He primarily works with clients in the software and technology, aerospace, manufacturing and distribution, and retail industries.
