Biography

Colleen has provided strategic guidance to a diverse range of clients since 2003. She helps organizations enhance their operations and culture, improve strategic leadership and planning, reduce risk, and cultivate more effective governance. She works collaboratively with clients to understand their goals and objectives and define organizational and programmatic changes to better equip and position them to achieve those goals.

Colleen leads the firm’s Strategy & Operations Consulting Practice, overseeing strategic and management consulting, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) consulting, and public sector internal and performance auditing. She also serves as the consulting leader for the firm's Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, and Tribal industry group, and as the firm’s Government Services Practice national practice leader.
