Biography

Clayton has provided financial modeling, analysis, and valuation services since 2005. This includes strategic modeling and analysis to inform business or investment decisions encompassing new lines of business, strategic initiatives, simulations, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, shortfall analysis, and incremental value analysis.

Clayton performs numerous valuations each year for interests including technology or other creative works like music or literary copyrights, illiquid securities such as privately held equity interests in businesses or debt instruments, and complex financial instruments such as derivatives.
