Biography

Kelvin has practiced public accounting since 1998. He provides audit and advisory services to real estate and hospitality clients, including single and multi-family residential land developers, core/opportunity/value-added real estate equity funds, public non-traded REITs, and property management companies for all property types. Kelvin works closely with his clients on a wide spectrum of audit matters, including real estate valuation and fair value reporting, impairment, consolidation issues, acquisition accounting, accounting for joint ventures, stock-based compensation and revenue recognition.

Kelvin leads the firm’s Real Estate Practice and is a member of the steering committee for the firm-wide Construction, Hospitality, Real Estate & Professional Services Group.
